Inside you’ll find tools for Project Managers such as the Budget Add In and example PM Templates for help initiating, running and closing a project. In addition there are code examples and Add Ins since a lot of these tools rely on VBA.

Why? I’m a Project Manager with a background in development and systems administration and I find myself occasionally writing office code to make my life easier.

Budget Add In for MS Project

I'm currently finishing an Add In for MS Project to create Budgets in Excel from MS Project. It'll also include some other reports such as Bills of Material (BOM) and Tasks Lists. The goals of this project are to have a tool that quickly creates readable budgets that show a direct link between budget, schedule and scope.
