Budget Add In for MS Project
I'm currently finishing an Add In for MS Project to create Budgets in Excel from MS Project. It'll also include some other reports such as Bills of Material (BOM) and Tasks Lists. The goals of this project are to have a tool that quickly creates readable budgets that show a direct link between budget, schedule and scope.
